Your symptoms are information.
Pain, tension, stiffness, limited mobility, and fatigue can all be signs that something in your body needs attention. At SPACE, we look beyond the symptom to understand the patterns contributing to how you feel.
Our goal is to help you understand your body, improve how you move, and create changes that carry into your everyday life.
Neck & Shoulder Tension
For desk workers, athletes, and anyone carrying stress in their upper body. We work with the muscles, fascia, joints, and movement patterns contributing to tension and restricted mobility.
Low Back Pain & Tension
Rather than focusing only on the low back, we look at how the hips, glutes, hamstrings, core, breathing, and movement patterns may be contributing to the problem.
Hip Tightness & Limited Mobility
We work with the surrounding muscles and connective tissues to improve mobility and help you move with greater ease—whether you're training, working, or simply trying to feel better in your body.
Headaches & Jaw Tension
Tension through the neck, shoulders, jaw, and upper back can contribute to discomfort around the head and face. Our approach focuses on reducing unnecessary tension and improving mobility throughout the surrounding structures.
Athletic Recovery & Performance
Training creates adaptation—but it also creates stress. Bodywork can help you recover between sessions, maintain mobility, address areas of restriction, and stay connected to how your body is responding to your training.
Muscle Soreness & Persistent Tension
Whether it's from lifting, running, sitting at a desk, traveling, or simply living a busy life, we use targeted hands-on techniques to help reduce excessive tension and restore comfortable movement.
Limited Range of Motion
When a movement doesn't feel as available as it should, we look at the tissues and movement patterns that may be limiting you. The goal is not to force more range, but to help your body access movement more comfortably.
Stress, Overwhelm & Difficulty Recovering
Your physical and mental experiences aren't separate. When life keeps your system in a state of constant demand, it can become difficult to truly rest. Slow, intentional bodywork can create space to downshift, breathe, and reconnect with physical sensations.
Every session begins with understanding what you're experiencing, what you want to change, and how your body is moving.
From there, your therapist may combine:
Your session is adapted to your body.
Feeling better matters. But we also want you to understand why you feel the way you do.
With consistency, we can track changes, notice patterns, adjust your treatment, and help you become more aware of what your body needs.
Because the goal isn't just to chase the next ache
.
It's to build a better relationship with your body.

When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find Jules training in the gym, exploring Asheville’s outdoor trails, enjoying its vibrant food and coffee scene, or connecting with the local community.
For Jules, SPACE Bodywork + Recovery is about helping others live fully through the power of bodywork, science, and community.
